The Devon Valley is famous for its beauty, heritage, wineries, restaurants and as a tourist destination.

The farm is 12.47HA with a lot of income generating accommodation but also has more than 800 olive trees, some pecan trees and a few almond trees. The farm produces its own extra virgin olive oil and preserved olives. The olive groves cover approximately 2.2HA. Olive yield is 6 to 14 tons. There is plenty of land available for other farming activities.

The main house is located in a beautiful garden with an abundance of mature trees. It has perfect views of the mountains around Stellenbosch, Jonkershoek and Franschhoek. There are 4 bedrooms (which open up to a wrap-around veranda), with two currently being used as a study and TV room. The house has an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with large sliding doors. There is a large terrace with an entertainment area with braai on the same level as the house. The swimming pool is situated on the lower level.

The very large shed on the farm that can be utilised as a function venue. It has an attached tool shed and a walk in cool room. Its dimensions are approximately 35m x 15m.
Water for irrigation is supplied from Theewaterskloof and there is also a large dam on the farm that is fed from the Veldwagers river. The dam did not run dry during the recent drought. Drinking water is supplied from a well. Electricity is directly from Eskom – three phase with two entry points.
